Acknowledgment of risks:
I acknowledge that the participation in a boat tour invloves risks, including but not limited to drowning, slips, trips, falls, adverse weather conditions and accidents. I accept full responsibility for any personal injury, property damage or financial loss incurred during the tour.
Safety Agreement:
I agree to wear a life jacket at all times while on board, follow crew instructions, and adhere to all safety protocols. I understand that failure to comply may result in removal from the tour without a refund.
Assumption without Responsibility:
I accept that my participation in the tour is voluntary and at my own risk. I confirm that i am in good physical condition and do not have any medical conditions, including, pregnancy, that would prevent me from safely participating in the activities. I understand that individuals who are pregnant are not permitted on the tour due to obvious risks. Additionally, I acknowledge that the tour is not suitable for individuals with chronis neck or back issues, pregnant woman at any stage, or children under the age of 2. The tours are also not wheelchair accessible.
Guest Requirements:
I understand that guests are required to bring sunscreen for protection due to exposure to the sun during the tour.
Cancellation Policy:
I acknowledge that there is a 48-hour cancellation policy for the tour. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled tour.
Transportation:
I understand that transportation to and from the tour location is not included and is my responsibility to arrange.
Indemnification:
I agree to indemnify and hold Bahamas Land and Sea Tours, it's employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, demands, or lega action arising out of my participation in the boat tour.
Agreement:
By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and understood this waiver and agree to its terms.
